I am a Daoist priest at Dongzhen Temple (洞真观), in Jinan, Shandong.

Six years of case records are published here — 904 questions answered in all: 308 about work and career, 176 about health and timing, 140 about exams and study, 96 about marriage and relationships, 68 about houses and moving, and 25 about feng shui. 482 of them are clients writing back, months or years later, to say what actually happened.

择日, date selection, is the oldest paid service in this practice and the least dramatic. You tell me the window you can work inside and what the day is for. I give you the days that are clear, the days to avoid, and the reason for each.

For surgery and travel I want the birth dates of the person involved. For a signing I want both parties' if you have them.

Boring is the outcome I am usually aiming for.
