Hello Zongyuan. I came to see you before [redacted] for a BaZi reading and an I Ching divination. I have had lower back pain since February this year, a strain that I have been treating the whole time, and it keeps coming back without getting better. On the 16th of October this month I was admitted to hospital because my neck, arms and shoulder blade could not move. I was discharged on the 27th after treatment, and the day after discharge I went to the outpatient clinic for a check, and after the acupuncture it hurt even more. At night the pain was so bad I could not sleep. Right now, is this something unclean I have picked up, or is it my fortune causing this constant pain and illness that will not clear up? Is there anything I can do about it? Thank you Zongyuan, please take a look for me. This whole year I have done nothing but go to doctors.

In your original chart, [redacted] is the supporting point. When [redacted] is strong, the support is insufficient, so the lower back, legs and tendons will have limited movement or injury. Alongside that there are also kidney and urinary issues, and this year your blood cholesterol is likely to run high — you should keep an eye on that yourself.
A few things to focus on for now:
1. The current symptoms are likely to recur for one to two years. This year, after the adjustments, winter will be somewhat better, but in spring and summer of 2027 the same type of symptoms will easily come back. In the second half of 2027 it will gradually improve, and entering 2028 it will be much better, basically normal.
2. There is a problem with the drainage in your home right now. I suggest you check the kitchen drain, and clear and clean the bathroom drain as well. There should be no bad smell.
3. The furniture in your home has a [redacted] problem. Please check the tables, chairs, cabinet doors and so on. Most are [redacted] or chair legs [redacted]. These need to be properly repaired.

2 你家里目前的下水有问题，建议你检查厨房的下水道，以及厕所的下水都要疏通和清理，不可以有异味。

I have made all the changes you asked for: the kitchen and bathroom drains have all been replaced with new ones, my hair and nails are cut short, the fridge has been cleared out, the little horse and sheep toys have been given away or cleared, and I checked the furniture — only four shoe boxes were unstable, stacked too high, and the unstable shoe boxes have been thrown out too. I also found the head of acupuncture, surnamed Wang.
Right now my shoulders and neck are much better, not as painful, and I can move them. Only my lower back still hurts a little now and then, much better than before when I could not move.
谢谢猫猫道长 以上您发的全部对上了，也按照您的要求全部修改完成，厨房和厕所下水全部更换新的，头发指甲也剪短，冰箱也清理，小马小羊玩具都送人或者清理了，检查家具不稳的就4个鞋盒，搭的比较高，不稳到鞋盒也丢了，也找了针灸主任，姓王。
目前肩膀和脖子好多了，没有那么疼，能动了，就是偶尔腰还有一点点疼，比之前不能动好多了。
