A few indications.
1. There is something changed inside the body — a cyst, a tumor, or a fairly hard growth, or a foreign body (not originally part of the body). She may also have had an implant, or steel pins.
2. The whole hexagram is still in a developing phase. The body is in sub-health, and the course is long. The focus is mainly the stomach, the intestines, the heart and brain, the bones, or the lungs.
3. The person cannot settle. From this hexagram, the mind is overactive and worried. She cannot rest quietly, and sleep problems are likely.
4. Looking at the years, 2026–2027 are still passable. Fire emerging in the stem is the rescue, and it also means a doctor who is relatively well-matched can be found — but it is relief, not a cure. What needs more attention is 2028–2029. That needs very close attention; there is a hurdle in health. (I suggest not telling her, and encouraging her to cooperate with treatment.)
A few directions that can help:

First she was misdiagnosed by a hospital over a heart problem — a condition that should not have been operated on, and she was pushed onto the operating table and nearly didn't come down. It was also during the pandemic, and she was locked in the hospital building for one or two months.
Then she fell and broke her leg, and had steel pins put in.
This spring, her leg had recovered a little and she was getting ready to go to the hospital to have the pins removed. Just as she went downstairs she fell again, broke her spine, and has been bedridden at home for four months now.
