[redacted], the inner hexagram is Di Lei Fu. This site has been under constant repair. Schools and buildings have been built and rebuilt around it repeatedly — it's not a very settled area. Also, the Kan hexagram appears, which means the foundation is not solid. The ground has sunk; even though it looks flat now, it's actually a bit lower than the surrounding roads, which is not good for wealth flow. It changes to the Kun hexagram with Jiu Di, which means mediocrity and looseness. If you're running a mass-market property management business, it could be worth considering, but there will be a lot of trivial issues. If you're targeting the high-end market, there's no need to consider it. This place has changed hands over and over again.
