Zongyuan, I need to tell you the truth. Starting January 2, 2024, I started bleeding again after more than four years of menopause. For the first three months it was fairly regular and the flow was very light, so I was taking Chinese medicine off and on to regulate it. Recently the bleeding has gotten heavier, and it's happening almost every day, so I went to the People's Hospital gynecology department yesterday for a checkup. Based on the ultrasound results, the doctor suspects endometrial cancer. I need to be admitted for a hysteroscopy under general anesthesia, and depending on the biopsy results, they will decide whether to remove the uterus or just do a D&C. Tomorrow morning I'm going to the cancer hospital for an abdominal MRI. I'm so scared. I don't know if it's cancer? It seems like the hysteroscopy is unavoidable.
