A house sale, and the agency issue underneath
A client asked about selling her house via Qi Men Dun Jia. I told her the exclusive agency had too many small tricks.

Two Xins restrain partial wealth: among the villas in that area, this one is relatively high-end, and the final sale price will be above average. ⏎ A few questions: ⏎ 1. Is it an exclusive agency? ⏎ The Xun palace has punishment and emptiness, which often means hidden agendas. The previous Tai Sui is also punished, suggesting market games—for example, after taking the agency, they bring their acquaintances to pay a deposit, but delay the transfer until the market warms up to make a price difference profit. I do not recommend this. It is better to list with several big agencies, with names containing metal radicals (like the 'jin' radical or 'li dao' radical). Lianjia is one; you can find others locally.
