A client asked about a planned work transfer via I Ching divination. Later he came back with what happened.

The middleman thought the gift had been accepted over 40 days ago, but today we were told it hasn’t been received yet. He wants to know if the transfer will still happen, if he can go to the place he wants, and what kind of person he should look to for help.

For point 2: The money was not delivered.
The county leadership team had a major reshuffle. Only one person was promoted in place, and all the rest came from outside. Over 200 people in the whole county were involved in this adjustment.
