Wei earth on the hour pillar can provide nourishment, but with gui water above it, the wei earth is too damp. The child gets good grades and is bright, but with the lu constrained, there is always a sense of unease, and the child is relatively sensitive. A chart like this does not suit high-pressure environments.
This year is jia chen year, and the child is currently in the chen luck pillar. When the root storage arrives, it gives the child a familiar feeling of being at home. Besides, the original chart's wei earth is strong, while chen earth is relatively weaker — this also means the school is not top-tier, only above average.
Mao wood is on the year pillar. When chen comes, it gathers the lu into storage, then gathers yi wood into storage too. This points to a school the child already knows and has been to.
Looking at it this way, the local [redacted] is the first choice.
