Ode to the Beginning of Spring in the Bingwu Year
Lingering snow still seals the traces of frozen earth; the green spring light has stirred warmth deep in the ground. Wait till the spirit buds gather their vast breath— one day they will break through jade and knock at Heaven's gate. — Written on the Beginning of Spring in the Bingwu year, on a You day.
