My dear Zongyuan～～～～I tested positive for pregnancy this morning ⏎ (I've been feeling off lately. Last night I woke up at 2 a.m. and couldn't fall back asleep. I wondered if I might be pregnant, so I stayed up until 2:30 researching BaZi (known in the West as the Four Pillars of Destiny) for a baby's birth date [emoji], then fell asleep. It's the first time I've woken up at 2 a.m. — usually I sleep until at least 5.) I took a urine test as soon as I got up, saw a faint line, and immediately went to the hospital for a blood test. The report just came out, and the numbers show I'm pregnant. But three days ago, when I went for a B-scan, nothing showed up... Last year my endometrium was always too thin, and nothing worked no matter what I tried. Three days ago it had thickened～～ I was so happy then. I felt like once the 'fire' came, it naturally grew. But I'm both happy and scared, because the B-scan hasn't shown where the embryo implanted yet. I wanted to share the good news with you first～ to see if there's anything I should pay attention to. (最近一直感觉不太舒服，昨晚一觉睡醒2点多，睡不着了，感觉自己是不是能怀上，大半夜2.3点研究了一下小孩出生日期的八字[emoji]，后来就睡着了，第一次一觉睡醒2点多，一般都是最早也是5点。）早上起床就验尿了，看到一点点线，立马去医院抽血。刚出报告，看数值是怀了。但是三天前，去医院做b超时还没看出。。去年一直都是内膜很薄各种看也没作用。三天前的内膜上来了～～我当时就超级高兴。感觉火来了自然就长起来了。。但是又高兴又害怕，因为b超还没看到着床位置，先和你报个喜讯～看看我有没有哪里需要注意的，还没回诊医生。
