A trade order stuck on pre-production samples
A client asked about a 420k RMB order stuck on pre-production samples. I cast an I Ching divination and gave six notes.
The screenshots were masked before they were posted. Names, avatars and birth details are covered in the originals; where a translated line reads [redacted], the source was covered too and nothing has been guessed.

It's a Korean brand: [redacted]. The order is confirmed, but our pre-production samples never meet their requirements. The total order is 420,000 RMB, and I really can't judge this on my own.
