A client told me her father had multiple lung nodules. I cast a Qi Men Dun Jia chart and noted what to look out for.

Zongyuan, my dad has very loud lung breath sounds. He went to the doctor these past two days, and it doesn't seem very good. He has a lot of nodules in his lungs. They're not particularly big, but there are quite a few of them.

In addition, the Tian Rui star is in the Li trigram, which also indicates heart and brain issues — watch for infarction, high blood pressure/high cholesterol/high blood sugar, and palpitations. It is also likely that a stent will need to be placed before surgery.
