A client asked about persistent neck and back pain. I cast an I Ching divination and suggested small home changes; she later reported 80% improvement.

I cast an I Ching divination, [redacted]. There are a few external signs you can look for and fix. 1. The base hexagram shows internal restraint of wood, meaning poor blood circulation. Change your sleeping pillowcase to yellow or brown to help with flow.

1 本卦是向内克木，血管不流通，睡觉的枕巾换成黄色或者咖色的，可以帮助流通。

2. There is an image of inversion. Look around your home for things placed upside down — like drying racks, pens, these long, supportive objects that are inserted or placed upside down. Put them right side up. 3. Metal is out of order, and the wood element in your home is overgrowing. Take scissors and trim your plants a little, just symbolically neatening them. 4. The [redacted][redacted] of metal and wood also means unstable support. Check all chairs, cabinet doors, things you sit on or that have hinges — they may be loose. Fix them if they are. 5. The inner hexagram shows wood breaking through earth. This matches the Ji Mao month in your BaZi (known in the West as the Four Pillars of Destiny), where earth on the heavenly stem is broken. Add soil to your plants. Also, where heavenly stem Ren meets Ji earth, check the water bottles in your home — some are placed against the wall, like cups, body wash, wine. Keep them away from the wall. 6. These two days you can do some peeling work, like peeling cucumbers, sugarcane, sharpening pencils. While peeling, visualize your neck. It should get mostly better in about a week.

观想自己的脖子，应该就一周左右吧，
就能好的差不多了。
