I noted a gallbladder issue and upcoming pipe leak in the divination. The client said a pipe had already started leaking the week before.

This divination shows disharmony between the heart and kidney systems, and a body that runs slightly cold. That often comes with gallbladder polyps or stones, plus poor sleep and irregular heart rate.
Surgery is not strictly necessary this year. Conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is an option, while Western doctors will usually recommend surgery.
If you see a TCM practitioner, look for a woman whose name contains characters related to fire — for example, characters with the 'sun' radical, or the character 'xiao' (dawn). That will work better.
